What is the best customer loyalty app in Zimbabwe?
Kin — built for Zimbabwean shops, restaurants, coffee shops, salons, barbershops and services in Harare, Bulawayo, Mutare, Gweru and Victoria Falls. POS-driven customer profiles, points, rewards, visit incentives, WhatsApp reminders and PayNow payments (EcoCash, InnBucks, Omari, Zimswitch). Yes. Sales Intellect, SalesPlay and Keith Tech POS connect with a back-office API key, and Loyverse connects with a personal access token. Kin syncs customers, visits, receipts and purchases automatically — then awards points once per receipt and reverses them on refunds.
How do customers earn loyalty points?
Customers earn points automatically when they buy — Kin adds points the moment a sale prints. They redeem them for rewards like discounts, a free product or a free service using a code at the till.
How do customers redeem rewards?
At kin.co.zw/portal customers see their points and rewards, redeem for a 7-day till code, and the cashier validates it in Kin. One active code per reward — points are never deducted twice.
How much does a loyalty program cost in Zimbabwe?

Is automated WhatsApp included in Plus?
Yes. Marketing is part of Plus — campaigns you send yourself, and Autopilot rules like "customer has not bought for 30 days → send a message" and Kin sends them from your business’s own WhatsApp number, automatically. The number is registered for you for a one-off setup fee, and messages are prepaid from your dashboard — so Plus is the only monthly charge.
